The bag is so well designed with pockets and zippers that I currently have 3 projects inside: a scarf made from bamboo boucle (which is awful to work with but so soft and pretty worked up),
my socks that I've been delaying because I'm so nervous about the heel,
and my newest project Interweave's Motorcycle Chica Gloves.
(Photo from Interweave) I'm pretty sure that all of my spare money will be used to help support Twist and my yarn habit, since they have such amazing yarn that you can't necessarily find anywhere else in town.

I really like all the projects. Brook should like th shrag. That is the "in" thing right now.
The gloves are really neat! Are they the one yu asked me about a couple weeks ago by e-mail?
The bag is really a pretty color, too.
I like you large knitting bag. that will be ideal.
(I think you are a better knitter that I am ... you have no-fear and that is what it takes to tackle some of the projects that I see you have done. (The socks will be fine when you finish.
Wow! Mom
Yup! Those are the gloves I asked you about...So the first glove "body" they have you do is the right, but I think since we hold our knitting in our right hand, rather than our left and knit the other way across we basically make the mirror of the project.
So I have not made much project further on that glove (need to get back to it), but as you can see, it's a left and not a right. I guess the only time it would really have tons of impact would be for sweaters that wrap around the body (the left would be the right and vice versa...)
I'd like to take some time after I get back caught up with some of my projects and teach myself to knit "righthanded" as well...then I could knit across left handed and back across right handed--no turning!
